Woodstock Home Sells for $80,000 more
The homeowners had a beautiful home, but the home was just not Top Dollar ready. There were many minor things that needed updating like the painting and trim in many rooms, rotted windows, and small things. But there were also some bigger issues, like the outdated flooring and kitchen appliances. The bathrooms were also fairly outdated. Originally the home owners were offered $165,000 as is.
To maximize the value of the home, it had to be completely updated. No major systems needed to be repaired, but all the little things in the home needed updating. Flooring was put in, new siding was installed, the kitchen and bathrooms were overhauled.
